PRE-COURSE VIDEO CONTENT

Please watch the first six videos before our course begins. The other videos are content that we will learn in training. They are here for you to review at a later stage if necessary. 

To Remember:

• Bring your manual to class.
• Bring a pencil too.
• And a pen.
• Please have your camera at eye level, or slightly higher.
• Make sure your pc is plugged in rather than on battery – even if your battery is full.
• Make sure you have some working headphones with you. Earbuds are generally fine – please test before the training.
• If you have other people at home please let them know not to disturb you. This is particularly important when you are giving or receiving a regression.
• Use a Do Not Disturb, Session in Progress sign on your front door for courier drivers or deliveries.

Plan where you will lie down for regressions. You need your regressionist to be able to see you. Have pillows and blankets ready for your comfort. And maybe something for under your knees. And tissues 🙂
