How to Use This Book
This is an easy book for you to dip in and out of. It makes sense when read chronologically, yet the chapters stand alone too. Allow yourself to know what you need to read and when you need to read it.
If you are on a focussed healing journey of your own I suggest reading from the beginning. I have begun with what I believe are some must know things about healing.
We start with A Spiritual Overview on Life. I explain why we’re here on the planet and how challenges are really lessons about Love.
In It’s All About Energy I discuss the nature of being an energy being and why this knowledge is important to healing. My understanding that everything is energy colours they way I perceive life.
Healing Requires Self Responsibility helps you become aware that there is healing work that only you can do – it can’t all be done for you.
Psychology and Spirituality is about how we can’t isolate aspects of our holistic being on a healing journey.
In Dis-ease Begins with a Thought I share some fascinating science about thoughts affecting our wellbeing. All dis-ease starts with a fear-based thought.
Vibration Heals is important information. I share with you what affects our energy field adversely and positively. There’s some research in this piece that you’ll find helpful. When our energy field has a high vibration we feel greater harmony and wellbeing.
I then move into The 12 Steps for Real Healing. I share with you 12 points that I believe are vital to true healing. Understand these and you’re on the way to great health on every level!
In The Gifts of Healing we look at the special high vibe benefits that arise from healing. The whole Earth’s vibration raises as we do our healing work.
Following that, Come Back to Your Body is an exploration of the often neglected practice of being grounded. It’s actually a vital component of healing. I talk about the importance of being connected to the physical body, what it means to be grounded, what stops us doing that and how we can become more body aware.
Releasing Emotion Can Heal Dis-ease is a discussion about the incredible value of allowing our emotions expression. Repressed emotions make us sick. This is another vital element to real healing.
Next we talk about healing particular emotions in Making Peace With Anger, Being with Sadness, Healing Grief and Loss, Understanding Anxiety, Rising Above Guilt and Being Kind to Shame. There are some processes to work with around healing all of these feelings. These topics may bring emotions to the surface for you. Be gentle with yourself and get support if it feels too much to be with on your own.

We then move into The Healing Power of Forgiveness. I really want you to get this; it’s a life-changing practice. We look at what it means, what happens when we don’t do it and learn what’s involved in real forgiveness. This practice alone can heal you. It’s that powerful.
Listen to Your Intuition gives you some practical ways to connect with this innate sense that we all share. Intuition is an inner guide that often gets overlooked due to our habitual thinking. Trusting your knowing takes practise.
In Bring your Power Back you will learn about how we unconsciously give our power away for many reasons and how this impacts our health. I share with you a process I use often with people to recover their energy from others, one that will make you feel more yourself.
Communicate with Your Body is a tool you can use to access information about what’s really going on with your pain or health issue. It’s this exploration that actually showed me I needed to end my career as a flight attendant and embark on becoming a healer. Life-changing information is available when we listen to our body. I’ve included a guided process so you can tune in to your own body.
Care for Your Inner Child explains the nature of the wounded inner child and how to work with it as a way to heal yourself. I talk about how we often unconsciously regress when we are triggered and how to work with that. I also share a little about my own wounded inner child. These precious children within all of us need love, tenderness and understanding. There’s a short process there too so you can connect with your own inner child.
In Past Life Regression I explain how we take unhealed emotions and thoughts with us when we die and how past life regression can help with that. I discuss the variety of lives we may have as well as the nature of soulmates. There’s a piece on children and past lives and I also include a story about a fear of flying.
Remember Your Spirit is a reminder of the importance of faith and how to get reconnected to your spiritual self. It’s super important on a healing journey.
